Whether you come from VMBO, MBO, or HBO: at Lamers, you can join at your level. Much of the work is unique and you won't learn it anywhere else. That's why we train you internally, step by step. You'll receive guidance from experienced colleagues and learn to work with modern techniques, such as cleanrooms, special welding methods, and ultra-clean installations. So you don't have to worry about not understanding something – we'll make sure you learn it.
What we make
We build components, modules, and complete systems that ensure liquids and gases end up safely, cleanly, and precisely where they’re needed. We do this for companies working on chips, rockets, medicines, solar panels, optical systems, and much more. Some systems are small and precise, others large and complex — but you will be trained step-by-step to help build them.
